Plans for Adopting Puppies

It took well over a year, but Stephanie finally convinced me to bring a couple of animals aboard the truck. The other night, as we were passing through Sacramento California, I said "Let's go ahead and take a puppy that one of the army moms is giving away". Our son is in army basic training, and Stephanie is part of a Facebook community of enlitee parents. Stephanie was almost more excited than I have ever seen her get. Then I made her even happier by suggesting we take yet another one from the same litter. As soon as we can get up to the Albany New York area, we will bring aboard two new members to our family. Their names are Freyja & Astrid. (We named them after Norse goddesses). These puppies are the products of the unintentional union between a German Shepherd & a Rhodesian Ridgeback.
