LAME, BUT SUNNY

We were hoping to start our renewed recap hours with a bang, but the freight market dictated otherwise. Our dispatchers have us deadheading 320 miles south for a pick-up appointment late tomorrow morning. I drove as far south as I could & found a truckstop with a driver's lounge - since I prefer not to sit in the truck with a sleeping partner all evening. So, here we are - in Coburg, Oregon. I had a fantastic steak dinner, after a walk around the neighborhood. Chilly weather is creeping in, so every ray of sunshine is precious. Soak it in.
