PARTING PEACEFULLY WITH PARTNER

Four days after the dramatic confrontation with my co-driver, we finally arrived in Nixa. I emerged from the sleeper just a few minutes before he pulled the brakes. As precaution, my mother-in-law came with my wife to meet me at the church parking lot. He turned the engine off, handed me his key & I told him to have a good life. With that, I stepped out of the truck, pulled my necessary bags from the escape hatch & got into my wife's car. I kept a hidden camera engaged, just in case something unkind happened during the following half hour. Nothing did, thankfully.
