DAD IS BACK IN SHAWNEE

Dad sent me a "Glympse" this morning. I occasionally checked his progress, as he made his way from Springfield, Missouri to Shawnee, Oklahoma. He didn't seem to be hindered by much. His heart condition seems to be significantly improving, since the surgery. Mom & grandpa drove my dad to Big Cabin. Dad wanted to go solo from there, with Mark riding shotgun. He was weary when he got back to his apartment, but he saved enough energy to visit his mother (Grandma) before settling in for a nap. He is intending to return to Springfield in two weeks.

Google Maps needs to be updated. My dad's street & apartment still appear to be an empty field.
