Rented a Car From Tulsa to Go Home

We had a satisfying week on the road. My DOT hours ran out after we delivered a load of appliances to a warehouse near Tulsa. For the sake of our kids, we decided to rent a car to go home, while leaving the big rig in Tulsa.
The clerk at Payless gave me a choice between a Kia and a Hyundai. I randomly chose to take the Hyundai. Walking with paperwork in hand, we were surprised to notice that our assigned car had Ontario license plates. I had never been in a Canadian car before. I had always wondered if the speedometer configuration emphasized "kilometers" instead of "miles". Sure enough, the large outer numbers on the dial were kilometers per hour. We had to focus hard on the smaller miles per hour marks. Included in this post is a picture of the display while Stephanie was driving.
We had a busy & satisfying time in Nixa Missouri with the kids.  The two older boys were in school for the majority of the time we were there. Two-year-old Wyatt really benefits from having us to himself. The three of us must have gone to 10 different places yesterday, getting our to-do list accomplished. We visited my 91-year-old grandfather twice yesterday. He really enjoys going out to eat.
We slept in the truck prior to going to Missouri, and after we came back from Missouri. I think we only got a 20 minute nap while we were in town. Our 37 hours off-duty were really busy.
