Shortly after getting off of the phone, I went back around to the trailer tires to observe the tires being inflated by the automatic system and to possibly find the source of the leak.
The automatic inflation system did it's job spectacularly. I wondered if I even needed to have road service come out to change my tires. Maybe it was a faulty valve or something. But I decided to continue to wait for the road repair guy just in case there was something that might cause a true disaster on the road.
When they tire repair guy finally got there, he tried to get the lug nuts off, but wasn't able to. He forgot to bring a specific tool to unlock them. His attempts at improvising didn't work.
He talked me into driving to a truckstop 30 minutes from where we were, which happened to be a long my intended route. One of his associates met him there to give him the lug nut unlocking tool.
With the proper equipment, he got business taken care of relatively quickly.
