RISKY TIMING - SHE'S IN LABOR!!!!

Regina  called me a few minutes ago to tell me that she's in labor & that her mom is taking her to the hospital tonight. This is happening naturally; no artificial inducement. She was scheduled to go in tomorrow to try again at delivering our baby. Last Wednesday, the baby flipped sideways within an hour of her inducing experience. 

   I'm in Eufaula Oklahoma & out of hours to legally drive. As you can imagine, this is driving me crazy! I wanted to be the one to take her to the hospital! Springfield Missouri is about 4.5 hours from here. My ETA will be about 8am tomorrow. 

   She & I had deep conversations before I booked each load. My original plan was to go home yesterday afternoon, bobtailing 155 miles from Russellville Arkansas. Since we had reason to believe the baby was delaying as long as possible, we thought it would be good if I stayed on the road until Wednesday morning. 

  I parked the truck & completed post-trip inspection. Only ONE minute remains on my 70-hour clock.
