SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT

After I wrote my previous blog chapter, I noticed this sign. I'm so glad it wasn't enforced upon me and my fellow drivers last night. I figure it's one of those rules that are only enforced whenever someone is acting objectionably in some other way, such as littering or spending a week there.
