Once a month, all of the Boy Scout "dens" get together for a "pack" meeting. I was fortunate to be in town for tonight's event. They mostly reviewed their recent camping trip & discussed the upcoming popcorn fundraiser. There was a fair amount of goofing off, as well. I admire the men who take time out of their busy schedules to help guide these boys to become good citizens. Someday, I hope I will have the opportunity to participate more. One of the adult scout leaders is a doctor. He had a look at my nephew's left eye, after his eyelid had been cut by a thrown hubcap earlier this afternoon. The little fellow is going to be alright.
