RESET IN LAREDO

We finally got our QUALCOMM fixed. It was a software problem. Almost every driver who has transitioned to WORKFLOW has experienced such trouble, so mechanics are now aware of what to look for & fix.
Our recent travels have brought us down to Laredo, Texas. Since I was so low on hours, we decided to stop for a day to reset our weekly allotment of hours. We normally get separate hotel rooms during these resets, but we decided to stay at the OC this time, taking our normal turns in the truck's sleeper berth. (John gets reign of the sleeper between noon and midnight; and I get to be in there between the hours of midnight and noon.) It's been enjoyable to have other company drivers to talk to. Almost every driver is anxious to have a chance to relate their joys and frustrations of life on the road, to another driver.
Various food vendors stop by the OC at various times of the day. Some of them are selling pizzas, others offer Mexican food. I hope Toby, the taco guy, stops by this afternoon. His "roach coach" offers the most delicious variety of spicy foods.
At the moment, I am waiting for my white laundry to complete the drying cycle. A driver can sure save a lot of money by doing their laundry at the OCs, where there isn't a charge for use of the machines.
