We rolled into Nixa at 3am this morning (Monday). I didn't get to sleep until 5am, but I was up at 7:30 to get my First grader son, Hunter, ready for school. I let my wife sleep in.
I never did get my intended nap, but I felt fine. The previous days of delay & rest had me fully charged for my official time at home (TAH). It was a busy, yet fun day. Forest didn't have to compete for my attention while Hunter was in school. That was good for him. Regina and I had a late celebration of our 16th wedding anniversary at Red Lobster. Our 4 year old son came with us. Forest indulged in his first taste of lobster tail. He liked it.
We kept busy until evening. Hunter is currently wrapping up his homework. Bedtime is minutes away.
