Boredom is not an issue with me. I seem to have found something to occupy every minute of my time. Wednesday and Thursday have been extraordinarily busy days. The majority of my Wednesday was spent in rural New York navigating steep and crooked roads. I should have sent Glympses to my dad that day. My, my, my.
I wrapped up my work day Southwest of Little Rock. My co-driver picked up this particular load near Richmond Virginia last night. I can't tell you what were hauling or where we are going just yet. Security reasons. So, right now, I am dictating this blog posting from my mildly lit and violently shaking bed. Interstate 30 could sure use some resurfacing!
During tonight's shift change, I took upon the challenge of backing into the last and skinniest spot at the Pilot Travel Center's parking lot. Pardon me for bragging, but I got it in there in one try. This is my blog, so I get to brag all I want. Ha ha.
Except for a crowded house, everything is going well at home. Regina cut 10 inches off of her hair yesterday. Hunter enjoys reading, and does well at spelling. Forest thinks that he is going to marry his cousin, Graycee. "No", we tell him, then he protests, "but I have to! She likes me."
He will probably bury his head in embarrassment when we tell him about this, when he is older. Kids are so much fun.
