We are finally exiting the gates with a loaded trailer. It's only raining right now, near Chicago's Midway Airport. The snow isn't far behind. My co-driver is just a few stop lights away from entering I-294, and I am just a few minutes away from resuming my book as I lie buckled in the bunk.
