Wildwood, Florida

At midnight, it's the best thing in the world to find a nice parking spot at a truck stop. I really needed a shower. My partner probably appreciated waking up to one as well. As usual, this is the end of my workday. We have 79 miles to go to deliver our load. Since we have both been there before, I will just retire to the bunk after he starts rolling. He knows that he can count on me to jump up front to help him if the situation requires my assistance. We made good time, coming from California. Our next assignment has us waiting around at a truck stop, until tomorrow afternoon.

My four-year-old son is anxious to join Cub Scouts, like his brother. So, today he found whatever clothes he could that resembled a Cub Scout uniform. This included a dress shirt and tie. Yes Surrey he looked fancy! Regina took him to the mall and to my mom's work place looking like that. He was well noticed and admired.
