V&R FORM

Every January, every truck driver is required to submit a Violation & Review Form to their employer. We are required to report all accidents and moving violations that occurred during the previous year, whether it be in a personal vehicle or in a commercial truck. They mean business about this; if a driver fails to submit this form by the end of January, he will be placed Out of Service and won't be allowed to drive until a form is filled out and checked by the regulatory department. Since I'm not rich enough to miss work, I always make sure to have it turned in as accurately and as soon as possible.
