I have been having technical difficulties lately, so that's why I haven't been posting anything for a while. Tonight, I temporarily have Internet access. As you notice, all of my previous postings have been erased. It's good to start fresh every once in a while.
A lot has happened in the world since our last visit. I have been paying close attention, and I do have real opinions on a variety of subjects - some of which are better shared in private.
Tonight, I am in Carlisle, Pennsylvnia. This is the first time in a very long time that I have spent the night in this town. My co-driver has been scheduled to take his annual training/testing Monday morning. Our company has been kind enough to provide us with layover pay, for the unusually long weekend we are spending here.
Last Friday, I spent the day with Uncle Roger, Aunt Julie, and Melissa aboard their sailboat. I just happened to be requiring a break in Oxnard, California that day. Timing and location converged for an extraordinary day on the water.
My boys spent the day with my parents, while Regina worked. They participated in planting a variety of plants with my mom. Both of my boys have a fascination with seeds and plants - something that I encourage.
