Delivered to Victorville, Then Went to Fontana to Visit Family

It was good to deliver our heavy load of baking soda. The line to get in was a bit long.
Since our next load out of the same facility wasn’t ready yet, we bobtailed 45 minutes away to Fontana. We don’t usually use the tractor for personal conveyance, so this was a treat.
My cousin, Jennifer, had a baby recently. It was nice to meet little Kashmir. She is a good-natured one-week-old. Bilal & 2-year-old Kaysan were away on a 2-night camping trip. The big brother was a little too rambunctious around the baby, so the absence was a good thing.
We had a nice dinner & good conversation. I washed the dogs while we had access to a garden hose.
We left Fontana with just enough time to legally get back to the Victorville area. I can’t believe I’m parking a freshly-washed rig on a dirt lot. It’s gonna be fine.
