First Day in the Charleston SC Area

We arrived at the rental house just after midnight. Forest ran inside first and came out within a minute visibly shaken. He didn't know that his new uncle and others were also in the house. It was kind of a comical moment, but I did feel bad for him.
Hunter and Forest slept on the hide a bed couch on the lower level of the house. Stephanie, myself, and Wyatt slept in the second level bedroom. Stephanie's sister, Sarah, also has a room here on the second floor. Stephanie's brother, Stephen, and his wife, Mara, have the master suite on the third floor.
We all slept well enough, although Stephanie and one of our boys reported having strange dreams. Our bed is wildly squeaky. Any movement we make produces hideous sounds.
Most of us got up around 9 o'clock this morning. Stephen made us coffee. We all ate  pop tarts for breakfast.
We all took off and did our own things today, although we were hoping to coordinate some similar activities.
There were a little group went to the beach and then went to a fantastic dinner theater in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. Those stories will require a separate blog entry.
