Nixa Missouri for 34 Hours

Being an owner operator, it is nice to be allowed to deadhead as far as I want to to go home. It was about 176 miles from Tulsa Oklahoma.

  We had to get fuel before we left that Sooner city. The Pilot/Flying J fueling app is a pleasure to use. Its performance has been a little shaky this week, however. That's just how it goes with new technology.

 

  I kept my cruise control on 61 mph. We arrived just before 21:00. I texted my boys to let them know that I was in town and am anxious to see them tomorrow afternoon. They replied excitedly. 

   We had Taco Bell for dinner, and now it is time to close up shop for the night.
