London Kentucky to Carlisle Pennsylvania

Here's another late blog.
I think it was on Saturday that we picked up a load of food products from a facility in London Kentucky. It was nice to show off the really clean interior of my trailer. The driver who arrived at the same time I did had to borrow a broom to clean his trailer out. They are very particular there.
Our route to Carlisle Pennsylvania included the dreaded section of I-68 through Maryland. So many steep hills really killed our fuel mileage and timeliness. It wasn't as bad as the prior time, as our load was about 9000 pounds lighter.
We spent the night in Grantsburg Maryland, at our favorite chain truck stop. Parking was plentiful. The air was seasonably cool & it snowed a little.
With not much time to spare before the end of the delivery window, we delivered  our cracker-laden trailer to its destination. Upon exiting, the guard gave us two packages of snack crackers. That's always a nice surprise.
