Sublime Sunday

We didn't visit in a customers yesterday; we just drove. Everything seemed to go very smoothly. We all need days like that.
We woke up at a rugged truck stop in Fenix City, Alabama. While lots of trucks and trailers were there, it seems that most of them were uninhabited. Perhaps many of the drivers lived nearby.
For breakfast, we tried some new flavors of instant oatmeal: "Ricotta pancake" and "apple cheddar rosemary". They weren't as horrible-tasting as it sounds. I purchased the box on impulse during our last shopping trip.
After breakfast, we washed our dishes at an outside spigot. The dinner dishes had to be scrubbed extra hard since we had let them sit overnight.
We only took a few breaks during our 10-hour workday. Traffic flowed smoothly and we didn't have to exit into any DOT weigh stations.
Knowing that we would be parking at a popular truckstop north of Cincinnati Ohio after 10pm, Stephanie opened the phone app and reserved ourselves a spot. It's a good thing she did. There are virtually never any open parking spaces when we come here.
It is Monday morning. We are just about to get rolling.
