Portland Oregon to Springfield Oregon
We deadheaded back to Portland to pick up a relay. Traffic was much heavier this time around. We arrived in our customers yard with much less time to spare than anticipated. I was originally supposed to help unload, but that was not possible since their manual pallet jack was broken. They were not aware that I am certified for powered pallet jacks. They did not have a traditional unloading dock. Someone had to move the pallets of foodgrade barrels to the edge of the trailer for a forklift to retrieve. They got it done far more quickly than expected. This load didn't pay extraordinarily much, but it got me to a desirable revenue level for the fiscal week.
