Cooking in the Dallas OC

We have a neat little induction stove that we bought at Walmart for $64. It included a pot and pan. The inverter in my truck isn't powerful enough to operate it, so we are utilizing outlets wherever we can. This morning, I cooked a simple breakfast inside the Schneider OC cafeteria. In addition to having ample electricity, cleanup was far easier than it would have been inside of the truck.
