Mostly Nebraska

Stephanie tried a Runza today. It's a cabbage-accentuated sandwich that is ubiquitous in Nebraska. This was her first time in the state that launched Arbor Day.
Travel across I-80 was smooth & relatively uneventful. There were many miles of recently constructed roadway in the western part of the state. Cones were still up, prohibiting travel in the left lane, in some sections.
The Wyoming Port of Entry pulled me in to have a look at my bills & credentials. My PrePass has been consistently lighting up red at every weigh station lately.
We found a parking space at the Pilot in Cheyenne. Our home made chicken casserole turned out really well. Stephanie is an excellent truck chef.
