New CRM

Client Relationship Manager. That's what "CRM" means. I was scratching my head for a while, wondering what that acronym meant.

  KG is moving on to other endeavors within Schneider Finance. She called me today to introduce me to MT, her replacement. 

  He sent me an email introducing himself and included his various contact information. I'm sure things will move along just as smoothly with him as it was with KG.
