DOWNTOWN SYNDROME

Early early yesterday morning, I departed my shipper in downtown Milwaukee Wisconsin. Immediately, the next 4 vehicles I encountered committed really heinous traffic violations. They ran stoplights, couldn't maintain their lane, rapidly merged across multiple lanes of traffic in front of me to take an exit, and drove excessive speeds. It was 4:30 in the morning, with very little traffic. It amazed me how awful these drivers beings could be. One frequently encounters bizarre behavior in downtown/big city areas. I'm coming to the realization that people who dwell in congested areas truly do develop varying degrees of mental illness.
