IN NIXA

I got home at 10 o'clock this morning. This was the first time I had been home since acquiring my new truck. Regina met me at the church parking lot. She gave the rig a good look-over & nodded with approval. We went up the street to see if my grandpa was home. He wasn't. A few minutes after we left, he came home, stopping to have a look at the tractor. He had three relatives along with him, including my mom's cousin Kerry. He climbed up to look inside my truck, relaying to my mom that I had left a bunk light on. She called me to tell me that, plus to invite me to dinner at Incredible Pizza later in the afternoon.
Regina and I enjoyed our time together. The kids were in school, allowing us to get chores done efficiently. We upgraded our cell phones to the iPhone 5.
After the kids got out of school & off the bus, we went to Charlie's for haircuts.
Then, after the necessary showers to rid ourselves of the itchy hairs, we went to Incredible Pizza To celebrate Hunter's ninth birthday once again. He commonly has more than one birthday celebration, since I usually am out of town on the actual day. He is more than fine with this arrangement!
