FLORIDA TO OKLAHOMA

Sunday night
It had been a while since my last visit to the Georgia-Pacific plant in Palatka, Florida. Virtually everything was the same as it was 6 months ago, except for the fact that drivers were no longer allowed in the office at the inspection & paperwork station. A teller window is all that is needed to conduct our business. Safety for the lone women & the noisy, distracting crowds of drivers were the primary reasons for the change.

I got in and out of the facility within 45 minutes. Everything is so much easier to do during the muddle of the night.

We did driver swap several hours after my departure, in Marianna, Florida.
