We had a very simple 34 hour restart. Neither of us got a motel room. The truck remained parked at the OC, just an eighth of a mile from the Detroiter travel Plaza. We took turns in the bunk, as usual. I got a fair amount of exercise walking around the yard. We had two meals at IHOP. We washed our laundry. I nearly got zapped by a bolt of lightning this afternoon, during the beginning of a thunderstorm. It is almost 2am in West Memphis, our "yard time". It is almost 3am here in Michigan, within the Eastern time zone. Mr. H will be driving in just a few minutes, picking up our next assignment. I will be going to bed very shortly.
