Mr. H met our DBL for the first time today. After 8 months under Mr. R's supervision, he finally got to put his face to his name & voice. We had stopped in West Memphis for various other purposes this morning; visiting our DBL was just an incidental moment. It's always good to have these face-to-face meetings. Mr. R serves his team drivers very well.
