OPEN HOUSE AT HUNTER'S SCHOOL

These events are one of the things I have to miss out on, being on the road so much. Regina sent me a picture & a short video of the event, plus a detailed description over the phone.

Little Forest went along, also. He won a two-liter soda in a ring toss game. Any offers to help carry it were firmly rejected.

His teacher displayed some of his letters & artwork, demonstrating the improvements he has made in recent months. One of the essays was a story about his dad (me). That felt good.

We got a little more insight about his lunchtime routine. As you can see in the picture below, the kids have three choices about what to eat for lunch. They put their name stick into the corresponding numbered cup to indicate their meal choice.
