A PRETTY GOOD SUNDAY

Forest & I attended Grandpa's church this morning. It was good to see familiar faces from my past, including my buddy, TJ. In the picture below, is my grandpa posing with a bamboo necklace that a family friend bought for him while she was on vacation in the Bahamas.

This evening, we held Hunter's official 8th birthday party at Godfathers Pizza. 25 of us gathered in the party room for about two hours. The food, cake, visiting & laughter was extremely enjoyable.

The boys have just taken their baths & are winding down for bed. Tomorrow is school.
